I ordered the trial order skin care for $4.95. On 1/28/2014, this amount was taken from my Sears Master account. Idid not request any additional orders. Since my trial order M=my credit card has been billed three times; 2/13/2014 $97.88; 3/17/2014 48.94 and on 4/19/2014 24.47, a total of $171.29. I tried calling the company today (4/25/2014)and followed the instructions-only to get no one.
I am writing them a letter today.
