I signed up for the one time fee which is $22.86 for 1 month of unlimited searches just to see if this site has accurate information. I put in 2 names of people I know of that have arrest records and put in their names that would have been on file, but the site had NO INFORMATION on either person at all! When I went to download the search for my proof, it asked me for another $1.99 for instant pdf format, so I added that to my credit card purchase too, making it a total charge of $24.85 for their services. It was a total rip off. I didn't want to even bother with it and so I called them just a little while after I joined while I still was in my membership account and told them everything just as I have posted it to everyone reading this. The customer service agent said they would refund the $1.99 for the pdf format that wasn't working (I have an internet download manager and download things in pdf format quite frequently so it wasn't on my end), and they would only be able to refund 1/2 of my purchase price for the 1 month fee of $22.86 ($11.43) - so my total refund on my credit card would be $13.42 just for trying it out (even though they could see in my account that I had literally just signed up within the hour and exactly what I entered for the searches which I told them about re 2 people I knew would have arrest records and it didn't show ANYTHING on them at all.

I have entered the total lost on this as that is what I just charged on my account. I will have to call my credit card company in a week or 2 to see if they actually refunded the amount of $13.42, since they said they would only refund 1/2 of the 1 month purchase price with the $1.99 pdf charge.

I would never recommend this site to anyone. It clearly does NOT contain any accurate information whatsoever.
