Tried calling customer support, the never answered the phone during normal HR. Sent email after it had been 1 month and got few words reply that order was shipped and when. Said I will report to BBB then they supposedly re-shipped order but never gave tracking number as requested. Doubt product will ever arrive. Criminal exchange.
