I was offered a watch as a reward for the S & H charge of $5.99. I received the watch and on my current Visa bill was charged $5.99 (as agreed) and also an added charge of $95. Nothing was said in the offer nor in the material accompanying the watch as shipped. A couple of years ago, the same offer was made to me and I received the watch, charged $5.99 on my credit card--and that was the total charge. I have offered, through a Visa "disputed charge" to return the watch at my expense, if the company will provide me with an address.

- My complaint was resolved by a credit for $95.00 in my VISA account. The company notified me of the resolution by e-mail and by checking my VISA account there was a $95.00 credit recorded. Please post this as it was a quick and satisfactory resolution.
