I was offered, as a reward, a watch for the S & H of $5.99. When the Visa statement arrived today (4/24/2014) I was billed the original $5.99 plus $95. This was never mentioned in the offer nor the mailing. In fact, I had bought a watch from the same organization, for the same price, a couple of years ago and this was the final price ($5.99). I have filed a dispute with Visa and have offered to return the watch to the seller at my expense.
