This company are dirty scammers. They have taken money off of me, a 19 year old student. The bitch of a woman called 'yasmin' on the phone is so rude and i've rung her about 6 times already today demanding to speak to the manager 'leanne' who never seems to be available, i wonder if she even exists. I've sent an email and they've said they'll be in touch within 48 hours and that they'll refund within 7 days but by the looks of things they don't. I will get my money back, i'm taking these fuckers down.
