Bought a trial version of the skin care cream on March 7 at a promotional price. ( Their ad popped up when I was doing online banking. ) Only paid CAD 4.33 for shipping as what their website required. But I have never received the sample !!! Just received the credit card statement today and found this company not only charged $4.33 CAD on March 7, but also charged me for $102.23 CAD on March 25 !!!! Called them and disputed, but the so called customer service was rude and very unprofessional. The guy on the phone refused to refund...
