I ordered 2 pairs of toms from this website, I did receive a confirmation email that the payment was received but cannot get any verification that the ordered has been shipped or when it will be. I email them everyday, yesterday I received an email back asking if this was the name I used for the order, of course, I used my own name. A few days ago I received a response asking me for my order number which I had clearly highlighted on the email that I sent. If this isn't the run around I don't know what is. For anyone out there please don't order from this website (toms outlet canada), I should have researched it first.
