Whilst browsing internet (Amazon?) a pop-up appeared offering a trial sample of their anti-ageing cream. Out of curiosity, considering their (extortionate) advertised retail price, I applied and shortly afterwards received said sample. (I must say I was not particularly impressed as it left my skin blotchy!)

On 29 March I arrived home from work to find a package containing another pot of this overpriced rubbish. The following day, after doing an internet search, I was totally horrified to find that this organisation had received hundreds of complaints. Amongst the complaints listed, I eventually managed to find a customer service number and spoke at length with a woman who, on being informed that I would be complaining strongly to the Office of Fair Trading, reluctantly offered reimbursement - not for the full amount that they had helped themselves to out of my bank account (£89), but £69 - the rest covering admin and postage!The said £69 was reimbursed on 2 April.

However, on going through my latest bank statement yesterday, I discovered they had also made another deduction of £89 on 8 March, (2 weeks after I applied for the sample) but on this occasion I hadn't even received any product! Had I received something, I would have complained sooner. To date, this company have scammed me out of £118.94, which is an absolute disgrace.
