a payment of £79.99 was taken from Mr Paul Cooper.s bank account after receiving a phone call from this company. Mr Paul Cooper is vulnerable adult who suffers from global development delay & has severe learning difficulties & due to being pressurised by the person who phoned him & of his own lack of understanding he gave them his bank details in which the money was taken on the above date. Mr Paul Cooper contacted myself concerning this as i help Mr Cooper with his problems & after him giving me the letters & vouchers that he received i tried to contact the group by e-mail. Also only last year 2013 there was also money taken from his account for medicine cabinet which yet again £79.99 was taken from his account.
