As with other complaints about this dreadful company. I also tried contacting the'24 hr helpdesk' but could only get through this morninig. The removed £174.94 from my account and refuse to get a competent person to speak to me. The helpdesk is in a different country and the 'advisors', of which there are many 'senior advisors' are difficult to understand. I tried to cancel he 'free trial' within the stated 14 days. Easter bank holidays got in the way it appears and it seems to be my fault!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
