Do not use this company if you are wanting decent portfolio pictures! Im talking from experience. I purchased mine a month ago. I had to chase and chase & chase them for my finished photos when i did finally get them they arrived not retouched as promised and paid for then after another long wait i received the 2nd lot of pictures only to find the same thing and was told by the manager they had been retouched when they clearly hadn't. I asked for a refund as i paid £850 for these pictures only to be told "your not getting one" so now im stuck with unprofessional looking pictures and no portfolio and £850 down ! I sent a complaint email to the higher boss about all of this and received no reply at all. This company is so unprofessional, unorganised and a rip off.. If you wish to have nice pictures please do not use them as u wouldn't want anyone else you go through what i am with them.

Update: 04/23/2014

I forgot to mention one thing; neon models sent me to krypton studios and I'm starting to think they both are run by the same people!
