I responded to an advert on Facebook for PURE GARCINIA CAMBOGIA EXTRACT that had photo of Dr Oz in front of product.
I ordered item on the 18/3/14 and received E.mail immediately after confirming my purchase. The E.mail contained customer support details and a reference number it also stated that item had been shipped however that it could take a few weeks due to amount of orders received.
On the 18/3/14 $170.00 was deducted from my account and on the 11/4/14 I attempted to contact the support team via the e.mail address supplied.
i received a return email to inform me that the support team could not be contacted via e.mail and listed several numbers to call. The numbers supplied were not contactable so i sent several more abusive e.mails just to vent my rage, this made me feel a little bit better.

Phoned again on the 22/4/14 Tel No:1800 181 304 and to my surprise i was successful.
I informed the lady of the issues i was having and asked about my product, her English was poor she also had issues with my Scottish accent. She apologized and as a gesture of good will she offered me a half price deal on my next order (god give me strength)i declined her offer and asked that i either receive my order in the next few days or my money back. Today i received another confirmation e.mail but wont hold my breath i have been scammed :-(
