3 weeks ago, I was about to redeem my coupon $39.00 for a carwash package with Speadybreak centre in Vancouver and found out the business doesn’t exist anymore. I believe, in such a case Dealathon is responsible to acknowledge and investigate the issue. last week, after so many tries with the Dealathon’s customer service, I finally got a real person on the phone who was going to look into my case and get back to me by the next day. Believe it or not, I never got a call or an email back a from anybody. All my calls to the support or sales line get re-directed to a voice mail. Please note, I already left a couple of voicemails and sent a couple of emails but it seems like all requests get dump into a trash can.
Be careful about this site and don’t throw you money away. DEALATHON is a BIG SCAM!
