I purchased a prepaid card in the amount of 55.00 that's for the card and the 50.00 load.. I was to purchase this services to talk to my son who is in jail now they say that I have to get another company to go along with paying them I told them that I wasn't going to get another company. I asked for a refund because on the websight that if I was not satisfied I would be refunded in full. I tried to get to talk to managementyand the young man I talked to hung the phone in my face
