Safe smoke vapors, sent me a free ecigarette, I agreed to shipping and handling fees of $4.95 2 months ago. Since then they charged me $110, plus two charges of $70. Due to some loophole in their terms and conditions, I might not see a refund. Their product is complete crap, and they screw people and get away with it.
