Last week I had been approved for a small loan ($3,000) through this company. I needed the money so I listened to what my "representative" instructed me to do. He said I was approved and all I had to do was give the comany $160 to verify that I was able to make my monthly payments. So I did that through one of the green dot cards from Wal-mart. Then after this the guy told me he needed an additional $280 for some sort of insurance policy saying they needed it just in case I missed a monlthy payment. I should have stopped right then but I needed it. Then a few hours later they called me back saying they needed another $340 for a bank wiring fee! Ridiculous. I refused to pay and told them our contract was canelled and I wanted a full refund but they had already taken the money and said they couldnt re-emburse me until I paid the wire fee and assured me that I would get the $3,000 plus the $340. Needless to say I am extremely angry and frustrated. The following day I got a bogus call from one of there employees stating he was a California lawyer working for the Attorney General! And he threatened to sue me and have me arrested at my own home!! When questioned him about his work place and employee badge number he gave me the run around and said I have to pay. I am filing as many complaints I can and am currently seeking a lawyer to sue this company! Please do not believe these people!!!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!
