This company took £69.95 out of my account back in November last year, I contacted the company straight away to say I wanted a full refund. Was told that I was in my rights to get my money back! Was informed the money would be in my account on the 13th January that date came and still no money! I have contacted them every week and been informed that it is with manager and being processed on the Friday of that week. Yet it is now April and still no refund!!
