I went online looking for a loan filled in some forms then 2 days later found that loan zoo had taken £44.99 out of my account without any authority from myself.I got their phone number from my bank rang them and was told that they would send me an email to cancel which wouldnt open phoned again got the same story only this time email to cancel opened i filled in my details sent it of i have an email back from them stating that it takes 30 days to contact all their companies and was given the 15 April as the date when my money would be refunded and that date could not be changed as it is now the 22nd April they do not answer phones just a computer message telling me all advisres a busy then line goes dead. I hope that they dont think i will go away because i wont.
