For a period of 6 months IXP Visas had qualified me and commenced the process of getting me a skilled visa for Canada. On my return from holidays I contacted the company to check in to ensure that all paperwork and information needed in readiness for my application later this year was ready. Both phone numbers I used in Australia were no longer contactable. I then got a friend to visit them in person in Sydney, only to find out they had vacated their offices. I also then contacted a number of organisations in Australia and advised them of the situation. I had been advised by one creditable organisation never to use such agencies and a second government organisation to say that the company had gone into liquidation in Australia two years before.

Contacting my previous account manager on Linked, I found out she had left the organisation and gave me the impression that the service IXP visas were 'rubbish'.

On an email to their company office, I received an email to advise of my new account manager. I then received a phone call from their UK office advising that they would be handling my case. After a series of phone calls and emails in which I questioned their service etc I was then told that their 6 months service was up and they no longer would be providing any service…No application was every submitted….$4500 for nothing..
