These sitemile company themes seems so appealing when you browses the site but let me be the one of many others to tell you that this company is a joke and the owner thinks that his victims, excuse me, I mean customers are so gullible. If you expect proper customer service with this company, forget it! Pay attention to the many negative customer reviews from this company and take precaution. These themes are full of bugs and some of the functionality doesn't even make any sense. I'm not even going into the many problems I've encountered but more importantly the lack of support, neglect and lies I get from Andrei when I have to threaten his company with bad reviews in order to get any reply from him. Then when I do, he tells me some lame excuse of a lie like, I was away doing this or away doing that. The last time I checked, I thought this was a business and if so, how do you just neglect your customers every time. What about a bounce back email telling those menial people who put money into your pocket that you are away? Oh, I know why, because you're lying through your teeth. Anybody looking to do business with sitemile, I ask you to first look at every review of them, then go to there Facebook page and read the messages from top to bottom so you can see for yourself the amount of complaints and lawsuits.I even read a compliant from someone that these themes were stolen from them by Andrei. How are you guy still in business is beyond me.
