I ordered Green Coffee and Keytone in February and paid the shipping price only. I cancelled and returned them within the cancellation period and sent them recorded delivery as per conversation with company. I thought that it was over, didn't realise that they had taken £170 from my credit card in March. I got another supply of the pills on Saturday and saw they had charged my credit card £170. I rang them and they said they could refund the money from April but not from March. I have just argued with them but they are adamant that they are not refunding the money from March because when I cancelled the agreement in February I didnt ring them with the tracking number for the returned parcel. I wasn't told I had to do this but they are saying that I was told. When I argued that I had checked the tracking number online and saw that it had been received and signed by their company, they basically said tough, I didnt supply them with the tracking number so I can't have my money back - he actually said 'you didn't ring us to let us know that we had received the parcel!!!!!' What?? you have signed for it, of course you have received it! Unbelievable! so I am still £170 down because I didn't do something I didn't know I was supposed to do!
