Insta loan in macon is a rip-off , when first making a car tittle loan with this company I explain to them that I was on a fixed income receiving disibility once a month . I told them to make my payments as low as possible ,for the first month my payment was what insta loan. Told me to pay. I called insta loan and wanted to do a over the phone payment .insta loan insisted for me to come into te office because they couldn't take my payment over the phone so I went into the office.when I pulled out my money for payment the guy at insta loan told me that before taking the payment he will have to redue the contract because of company policy due to the dates . I ask the guy from insta loan why did he have to redo the paper work over because it was only a month old and he said it again its company policy anyway he keep me in the office for a hour and toldme that I couldn't leave without resigning the paper work over and he couldn't take my payment if I didn't sign so , I resigned only to come bace in the next month and my payment had gone up to what I couldn't even afford to pay 298.77 from 180.00 but this time I payed 700.00 after having to redo paper work for another hour or so the next month came and I call insta loan on the 4/13/14 to let them know that I need to come in and discuss payment with them. And to let them also know that I was gonna be a little late with my payment I was one day late 4/18/14 and on the 4/19/14 the next day thay sent the repo guy out for my car , I have never ever been late with a payment ever I just fell in to hard times when thay told me that thay company went up on everybody payment and the sad thing is thay did it without notice these people are a RIP-OFF THAY LIE TO YOU JUST TO TAKE YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!
