I just answered a simple satisfaction survey on my bank's website. They offered me an e-cig at the end for just the shipping price. I took it in order to decide later if I go on with this company. It appears to be a monstrous scam. They just took 80$ from me without any approval to send me a full box of refills. No one to call and complain about, easy scam...
