International boundaries
Ordered trial of Bellesse and Nouvebelle in January. Got in February and charged what I understood was sample prices. No terms or conditions stated when ordered and no number to contact.
Two months later billed $190.57 and sent another set. When call to refuse, told I didn't cancel in time and can't send anything back and must pay full price and get monthly refills. Hard to understand person and when asked for supervisor was refused. After 10 minutes finally supervisor and was told nothing could be done except cancel future shipments. Said it wasn't a sample, it was a trial. No refunds!!!
Lot of money for something that doesn't work!!
