My account information was hacked and the stolen info was used in a different city. I did not realize my account was zeroed out until I tried to put gas in my vehicle. I finally got through to a "live" person at Momentum and was instructed what to send to their Dispute Dept. I had proof that I was at work the day it happened and sent a FTC ID theft report and a police report. They said it would take 45-90 days to respond. Two weeks later I got my response, claim declined. I told the I had used my card at Target when the data breach occured. These people are theives just like the ones that stole my card info and funds.
