Ultra Green Coffee Cleanse and Supreme Garcina sent a trial sample for a shipping and handling fee then began charging me $79.96 per product per 30 day supply. They notified me that a new product was on its way. When I contacted them to discontinue my agreement and to state I did not want to receive any further product from them because the product did nothing for me, they offered me a lower (40% off) price adjustment, but lead me to believe this also included the shipment on its way. Not only did they charge me the full amount stated above, but there was no shipment. On the paperwork I received from the company in the original box was no information on how to contact them to discontinue services, nor how long I had to do so. When I called a month later after receiving my credit card statement they (which is where I got the phone number from) explained that the payment they offered was on what had already been sent, along with the shipping and handling. This information was very misleading and I feel the company goes out of their way to make it difficult to even look at the product online without having to sign up for items. Buyer beware for sure - and the product doesn't work to boot!!
