On March 30, 2014 I saw an ad for AuraVie. In the ad they pushed that I also needed to order an additional product to see the best results and had that information in the ad. Both ads said there was a 30 day money back guarantee and I just had to pay shipping and handling. I placed the order with both. After about 4 days I received the Auravie then another 3 days the other product. After about 14 days of ordering I was charged by both companies and when I called they told me the trial time was only 10 day and the 30 day guarantee was only good if I had not opened the product. I complained how can you try a product and not open it. I have looked back at the ad and I could not find anything about only having 10 days to cancel. I believe both companies are owned by the same person so they make money pushing the combination. My bank can't even confirm the 3rd charge, who its from, and when I call I am left on hold, for as long as an hour, with no one every answering. So together they have gotten close to $300 because I didn't call before the 10 days they say I agreed to but never saw in the ad.
