Over the last year or year and a half, I feel that I have been routinely overcharged for data usage on the hotspot/wifi internet for my home acct. Some of the charges even occurred while we were gone on vacation. Sometimes they have taken the charges off, sometimes they haven't. We live out in the country but there is a tower near us. However ATT claims that we are not eligible for any other internet service. I have asked in the past to increase my data package from 5GB to 10. It wasn't allowed. They charge $10 for every 1GB of overage. So it is more profitable for them to not allow much data. They finally upped me to 20GB for $200 plus tax. However my plan just renewed on the 17th. Today is the 19th. We are already on 6GB. They're are only two people using it. No gaming, just Facebook in the evenings. AT&T is a total rip off company.
