I ordered Life Cell cream sample only and paid $4.25 on 03/10/14. Then I was charged $189 on 04/09/14. I did not reorder this product. Also, for this charge I did not receive any of Life Cell cream. It does not work like the company claims. Very drying to my skin.

I have closed my credit card account. Do people get refunds from this company?
