I bought a so-called trial version of Alore's anti-wrinkle treatment via an advert on Facebook. Out of the blue, they have taken the above amount from my UK bank account. Is there any possibility of getting my money back?
They said I would not be charged if I returned the sample within 15 days, but they have taken this money even before those 15 days have elapsed.
