I was promised by your refund dept that my refund would be sent bk to my acc on 09/04/2014.and that it would clear within 5 days .ThThat meant at the latest i would receive it on 16/4/2014 and despite several emails asking for it still i dont have it.I have sent a copy of the email i got sYing my cancellation form had been received and that my refund date was set cor 9/4/2014 and i have not got it by 1pm today mo.ey zhowing on my acc they will open a case against you under consumer law
