This has to be one of the worst companies EVER. I ordered a bottle of the Garcinia weight loss product and paid only $2.95 for shipping. I read the information thoroughly because I hate online purchases, especially for situations like these. It said I was to be charged only $2.95 for shipping and handling and the bottle would be a free sample. WRONG - FALSE ADVERTISING. I was later charged $89.95 for a TRIAL bottle, not SAMPLE bottle, to my pay account. After arguing this point I was literally and blatantly called a liar and was told "our policies and procedures say what you are telling us is wrong and not what actually happened." Who knew my own eyes come second fiddle to their POLICIES? Anywho, I had then requested a supervisor twice which got denied and ended in me getting hung up on twice in mid-sentence. I'm not exaggerating, folks. After I FINALLY got to a supervisor this rude man proceeds to tell me that the charges will stand unless the shipment is sent back. After I send the product back it will then take up to TWO WEEKS for a refund back to my account. The supervisor refused me the name of the CEO or President of the company, the NAME of the company, his manager's name, etc. when requested. He promised to provide a partial refund at that time which, shocker, never got done either. This is the worst company providing the worst customer service and the worst organization I have dealt with, possibly ever. DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE, BUY THE PRODUCT FROM A TRUSTED STORE OR COMPANY!!!
