International boundaries
1- On June 19, 2013 I made a deposit with Optimarkets in the amount of USD $500.00
2- On June 25, 2013 I sent all requested Verification Documents. And updated forms were also sent In March 6, 2014
3- On October 27, 2013 a Withdraw Request was made and Approved for the amount of USD $2,700.50
4- My current balance is solvent to cover my withdraw request.
5- Since June 19, 2013 I have executed more than 1,150 trades with volume of over USD $65,500 with profit.
6- No Bonuses were given or taken.
7- After 24 emails with dates ranging from November 28, 2013 to April 18, 2014 all I get from Optimarkets are apologies and request for more time and patience. And lately they are completely ignored.
8- To this date, April 18, 2014 Optimarkets and and his parent company, Lerwick Capital Ltd; has not executed the withdrawal request.
9- I have patiently waited more than five months and given Optimarkets every opportunity and time to make good of the withdrawal request and they have failed to do so.
