Scott Zakarin, Scott Cahill and their company Hotpoint Media snuck out on the landlord without notice and left behind damage to the office space they occupied. Their lease still had a full year left but rather than give the landlord any notice or try to mitigate the damages they moved out and the landlord only found out by constantly calling them to pay the rent for January and then they said they went out of business.
