The first wanted to charge me for iYogi service to install the software I just paid for. The disk was only to get them on the phone for high pressure sales. I got them to install it without extra payment, but they ignored my rebate. I called and arranged to re-send the info, and it was "refused" I called again to complain about recurring issues with the update function, and they wanted to charge me again, not wanting to respond unless I was an iYogi customer... they then blamed me for their soft ware malfunction, saying I had picked up a virus... it was their job to block such things ! Every month the report is clean.. nothing blocked, nothing found.. I am getting away from them as fast as I can. I saw Tiger Direct still promoting them, and now New Egg, do they know the level of scam involved with this company ?
