Ok well I wanted to add some money on to a pre paid card and I picked picked the vanilla reload thinking it was an actual.card n I put 100.00 on it. When I got home I realized that it wasnt an actual card but a reload card whatever that is, so I called to see how I can get my money off of it and the rep told me that my.money had already been redeemed in that amount 15 mins later. They said they had to file a claim n I had to fill out paper work on the dispute n.send it back which I did then they told me that I had to get a policr report so I did, thrn they said they wouldn't be able to give my.money back without a police officer calling them about the investigation which they did, but some how They have no notes on the police calling. I honestly think that this company was part of me getting scammed. There is absolutely nothing legit about this company and now it looks likr Im going to have to take this to court.
