On Dec. 7, 2013 I ordered 4 cell phones for my family and myself from the Walmart.com web page. I ordered 3 Samsung Galaxy S4's and 1 Motorola Photon Q. All four phones were offered with a $100.00 Walmart Gift Card Rebate. The three Samsung phones shipped within a week. The Motorola was back ordered and not shipped until January 2014.

I received three Walmart Gift Cards for the three Samsung phones, but never got one for the Motorola. When I called customer service I was initially told that because the Motorola was late in arriving and shipping that it was past the time of the promotion and that I would not be getting the rebate.

After much complaining on my part, they told me I would get the rebate "within two weeks". I was told this every time I called for over six weeks. I still have not gotten the rebate.

Now, the Walmart Wireless Customer Service number is disconnected and their order tracking web page is off line. Call to Walmart.com result in absolutely no help.
