I ordered a logo design with UNLIMITED revisions. I have asked for one revision and have waited 9 days!!! The first logo design must have taken them all of 2 minutes to put together. They did NOT use any of the line art I had sent. When I call they say a revision should take 48 - 72 hours. That is 3 days MAX. At this rate it may be 6 months to get a simple logo. Sometimes when I call it sends me to a mailbox that is FULL and not taking messages !!!
