I received a call stating that I owe them money for a payday loan that I never applied for. According to them there was a deposit to an account that was close. They claim that the contract was entered in 2012. I know that was a lie because I wasn't working and had no income. This woman claims to be the collection agent named the Century Group and they are serving me. I told them to send the information to my attorney, and of course they said they don't do that. Then she told me to appear before the fraud court. I told her I would appear when my lawyer says I have to.
