On 1/31/14 I ordered free product with shipping only. There was no information about a 14 day trial. On 2/14/14 my credit card was billed $192 for product not received. When product was received I called and cancelled and was told that I would have to pay $40 restocking fee. I was not told I would not receive $192 credit due to the 14 day trial. There was also 4 more billings on my credit card for items not even shipped. The company credited $150 for $400 billed. We paid restocking charges on product never shipped plus we paid full price for the items we shipped back and never received any credit for them. This is appalling and dishonest. We got no satisfaction from calling the company. Dr. Oz has his name on this product. We are sure that he knows nothing of what is happening.
