In November 2013 my debit card number was compromised and multiple charges showed up on my from iTunes which after I contacted them they researched and saw that the purchases did not go to my account so they returned my money. Along with this I had two charges one from Bellaplex and another from Hydroxatone for $1.99 each and another charge from a Hunting Club for $19.99. I received products from these three and returned the items writing on paperwork sent back that I did not order these and to please cancel thinking this was the end of it. A few months later I received Notice that I owed $139.90 to Bellaplex and $139.90 to Hydroxatone for products sent to me. I contacted the phone number provided and explained I didn't order their products and that I sent the product back. I was told there was No Record of the products being returned and that I needed a receipt. I sent the products back with the Return Label they provided that didn't have a duplicate copy for me. Without proof she said I had to pay. I refused to pay for products I didn't order nor that I have. I researched on the internet and noticed a pattern of complaints that items were returned but the company said the never received the products. I know this is a scam but what do you do? They didn't have my correct email address but did have my home address and the rep asked why would someone charge this to me and send to my home I told her I didn't know but I was also signed up for a Hunting Club to review new products and I don't hunt, so I guess it was the same person. Regardless I sent the products back to them. Now after months I received a Notice that if I don't pay they are sending me to a Collection Agency. I have perfect credit what do I do to stop them?
