I originally signed on with this company in early 2013. It was my understanding at that time, that if I signed a three-year contract and if at any time I was unsatisfied I could cancel, with the balance of the time being fully refundable. I do not know if this company changed ownership, or what, but it seemed to quickly go from a fully-staffed company, to a situation where one person would answer the phone for any dept, giving a different name, of course. A few times, he forgot who he was, and I had to remind him, no, remember, you are "Ron" when you are in billing--it was a complete joke. Service in all departments was terrible. When I asked to cancel my service, of course, I was told that I had not cancelled my service within the required time, and therefore it was non-refundable. I cut my losses and went with a different hosting company, and the difference in my experience is night vs. day.
