Saw a post on Facebook about garcinia Cambodia which said I would be getting a free trial and was to pay for shipping and I did so. Less than two weeks later $90.00 was taken out of my account. I called customer service and spoke to a representative who was very rude, she promised me a call back from a supervisor within 24 hours and I never received one. I called again a few days later and spoke to, yet again, another rude representative. Only this one told me other information and read the notes the other representative wrote about the call and almost all of it was false other than I was supposed to get a call back, I spoke to a supervisor after the second girl and the supervisor did not let me speak and used terms like"if you can't understand that" and other verbiage implying I was slow if you will, yet again, another garcinia Cambodia representative that was very rude. I asked her why I didn't receive a call back and her response was "the supervisors were probably busy dealing with PAYING customers" was offered no compensation and/or refund and had a horrible experience. The supervisor also told me she was the highest person I could talk to (which is obviously not true) very disappointed, as a personal trainer/ gym owner I WILL NOT recommend this particular brand to anyone.
