Kept getting emails telling me iPhone had never been activated despite this happening when you first insert a SIM.
Was then kept waiting a month while being told they were waiting for the courier (Vodafone) despite initially claiming to deal direct with Apple.
After a month of nothing, I asked for a refund, so they started sending the 'unactivated' emails again, and now the company is not responding.
Stay away from this company.
