I recieved a letter postmarked Air Mail Royal Mail to my home address. I do not know how they got it. When I opened it, there was a check for $2,837.00 along with a letter. It stated that I was on of the winners who won a Consumer Promotion Draw of $50,000.00 which would be delivered by Fed Ex or UPS. Supposely the drawing occurred from a group of selected stores Novartis, Safeway, Walgreens, Best Buy, Staples, Costco, Sears and 7-Eleven. I was to contact Payment Handling Officer Paul Anderson or Julia Jones to pay a Tax Clearance Fee to a Grace Morgan of the UK for $980.00. I will respond and have torn up the check .
