I was ripped of my loan zoo for the amount off £44.99 i phoned them up and was granted a refund of the full amount. My refund date was set for the 9/04/14 that date passed with no refund. i was then told it would be another 5 working days so i waited and again no refund. i phoned up and spoke to a guy called James who assured me i would get my full refund today. Im just wondering if this has happened to any one else and did they actually ever receive this refund if i do not get it by today i'm going to trading standards.PS DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!!
