Dear Jim Hill
I would like to make a complaint about being harassed by a manager at First Heritage Credit. one of the creditor came on my property and tried to collect which they are not suppose to do. this is called trespassing. they also went through my sisters information and called her cell phone which i didn't not authorize or give them permission to do so. this has happened several times and it is against to harass customers at this bank. i would like them to stop harassing me and please do not come on my property and collect my mother is very sick and she does not like unanouced visitor if this should happen again, then i will be taking legal action. thank you.
