I ordered this wonder cooker on the 01/13/2013, was told it would be about a month as there was quite a lot of orders. After a couple of months I called @ told they still had my order too fill & it would a further couple of weeks before they could fill it.
on the 18th March my I received a phone call too say my cousin had passed away.
I called to say please hold off the order until mid May 2013.
On my return I received a card saying that I had a parcel.Went too retrieve from post office & found it had been returned on 05/13/2013 as they had held it for 10 days, long before the mid MAY as I had asked.
I have since been trying to contact them for the return of my monies but too no avail.
