On 3/29 I placed an order for a "trial sample" of their skin care product at $4.95. I received it on 4/8, but did not open the package. On 4/13 I noticed a whopping $89.10 charge from this company, but they were closed, so I called my bank. Today I called this co. to adjudicate the matter myself, and was met with a VERY rude, nasty, pushy young woman who claimed there was NO supervisor available to speak to, further telling me that my "14-day free trial" began "ON THE DAY I PLACED THE ORDER". Regardless of what they claim in their "terms and conditions", HOW is one supposed to TRY something that they do not have in their possession? I got absolutely no where with this nasty young woman, and am hoping you can assist in a full refund from this company, who is impossible to find on the internet.
